Some beds are a bit firm. This is highly based on personal taste though. The springs on other beds seem to protrude. If you come across these problems, please tell the staff to provide additional comforters. It will be delivered to your room in no time.

You can sometimes see a trail of ants on the floor. You are advised not to put sweets on the tables. There is also a cockroach in the bathroom. However, this rarely happens. In addition, you can request the housekeepers to spray insect repellants.

Some carpets have dust, while others are a bit damp. You are encouraged to wear slippers all the time. The cleaners will take care of the problem. Moreover, the management is kind to let you transfer to another room if you want to.
