Positive Reviews
positive:
So much flexibility
The hotel rooms, and especially suites, allow for great flexibility and function for longer stays and for those with large groups and families. There are both two- and three-bedroom suites to allow for room to spread out, plus common living areas. Plus, there are many activities for vacation fun at the resort.
positive:
So many amenities
This resort has a lot to do, both in and around the hotel. There are multiple swimming pools and a kids' play area. A private beach is just steps away and a tiki bar makes for a great touch to this topical location. Plus, the views of the bay from the balconies and patios are worth an entire evening's entertainment.
positive:
So peaceful
This resort is located far away from the hustle and bustle of busy tourist attractions. It promises peace and seclusion. There are some quaint restaurants nearby and a marina, as well as rental of water equipment from local companies. Here, there is as much or as little as you might want to do.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Not the new kid on the block
This hotel is an older resort so some rooms and common areas have a lackluster atmosphere, instead of being sparkling and modernized. The dated features in the rooms and baths don't match up with the standard of a luxury resort which has all the bells and whistles.
negative:
Bugs, sand, and dirt
There is a problem with bugs at the resort and roaches make appearances in some rooms. Other irritating features are sand from the private beach which isn't vacuumed often enough and dirt and mold in rooms and bathrooms that the cleaning staff doesn't conquer.
negative:
Expect to drive
This resort is not within walking distance to any restaurants or shops. Prepare to drive for any entertainment fun as signs of tourist civilization are at least a 30-minute trip, or more.
