Lovely and well appointed rooms
The Raeburn has done an excellent job creating a welcoming, boutique hotel experience. The property is beautiful and the rooms are no exception. They're spacious, clean and comfortable with large showers and walk-in wardrobes. Amenities include an iPod dock, hair dryer and hair straightener, which is rare to find. The attention to detail adds to stay with extras like complimentary water and snacks, along with cosy bathrobes and slippers.

Superb staff
Staff at the hotel is very friendly and attentive; the service provided is truly a step above the norm. The small boutique hotel has only ten rooms which, when combined with the thoughtful service, makes the stay feel intimate and luxurious. Room upgrades are common when available, which is always a nice treat.

Enjoyable restaurant and bar
You won't be disappointed with the onsite restaurant, whether enjoying breakfast, lunch and dinner. It's nice to see the locally sourced ingredients and thought put into the meals. The bar has a warm, inviting atmosphere and great drink selection. Additionally, the area has tons of cafes, bars and restaurants you can walk to so you aren't limited at all. Take a walk to St Stephen Street for fun bars and good food.
