Many guests have loved the location of this hotel. The property is just outside of Darwin's Central Business District and within walking distance of numerous restaurants and shopping venues. There is a bus stop outside, as well, providing easy access to other parts of the city without needing a vehicle.

Numerous guests have reported that this hotel is kept very clean. Guests have appreciated having clean rooms available, as it made it much easier to get comfortable when staying at this property, especially when there for multiple nights.

The staff at this property is said to be quite friendly and accommodating, which improved the stays of many guests. These staff members work very hard and have done a good job of making sure that guests feel right at home.

Guests have mentioned that the television is very small and is a fair distance from the couch. This has made it difficult to watch television while spending time in the apartment, as the unit cannot be moved closer.

Past guests have complained that the water heater in the apartments isn't large enough to fill the spa bath. This was disappointing for guests who were looking forward to using the bath, only to not have enough hot water for it to function properly.

Multiple guests haven't been happy with the configuration of these apartments, as the bathroom is right inside the bedroom in some of them. In addition, the walls don't go all the way to the ceiling, leaving guests without the privacy that they had envisioned.
