Unlike many other hotels that are run on strict schedules, the Luxury Inn has created a clever self-service and communal approach. Guests can come and go as they please, prepare meals according to their own schedule and needs and feel completely relaxed.

Convenient and central location can also be noisy.
With a central location so close to the nightlife of fashionable London, some noise at night is to be expected. The bar next door does little to alleviate this reality which may be an issue for light sleepers.

Inattentive staff may leave you waiting by the front door.
The front door is not always answered right away, creating an impression that guests are unimportant. To make matters worse the front door to the hotel is unmarked. Waiting at the friendly adjacent pub does help to alleviate some of the frustration.

Room décor does not match the living area, thin walls and doors.
Room décor is dated and not up to the same standards of the communal areas where it seems most attention was focused. Walls and doors are very thin and one can hear conversations in the communal area and outside patio.
