Shower Tricky to Operate
While most guests appreciated having an upscale, modern bathroom complete with a luxury rainfall shower head, some found it a little difficult to get the shower to work, actually needing to survey the "how to" printed instructions provided in the facilities.
negative:
Makeshift Beds Disappoint
Some guests were unhappy with the hotel's "large beds" which were actually discovered to be two twin beds taped together with a foam strip placed down the middle between them. The beds were also described by some as too hard.
negative:
Style Replaces Functionality
While enjoying the beautiful look of the bathrooms, some guests found the facilities to be lacking in more practical basics, such as countertop space. The sink bowl, built into the high-up counter top, also presented a problem for some visitors, especially those with children.
