Historic Glendale Neighbourhood
Guests loved the small town feel of Glendale with its village square, Victorian homes and local pub. They enjoyed strolling the quiet streets and visiting the shops. Convenience to nearby I-75, I-275 and Cincinnati was also a plus.

No Elevator
This historic building does not have an elevator and the stairs up to the guest rooms proved difficult for guests with mobility problems or with heavy suitcases.

Breakfast Disappointing For Some
The complimentary home cooked breakfast of quiche or frittata, along with muffins and fruit, is delivered to each room and left in the refrigerator for guests to heat up and enjoy at their leisure. There were complaints from guests who did not find this a satisfactory arrangement and who were not impressed with the quality of the food.

Here Comes The Train
The hotel's website notes that trains, with blowing horns, run through the night and earplugs are provided in each guest rooms. Despite the warning, there were complaints about the noise of trains and some guests said this would discourage them from making a return visit.
