Positive Reviews
positive:
In a great location
Most guests of this property have loved its location. The hotel is right on Frenchmen Street, which is an area that is known for its jazz music. Guests liked being able to wander to Bourbon Street and other attractions from this hotel, as well.
positive:
Nice rooftop patio
There is a rooftop patio at this hotel and guests have enjoyed sitting there at night and listening to the music. Since guests could hear the music from neighbouring venues on this patio, they had no reason to fight the crowds below when listening to a band.

Negative Reviews
negative:
Rooms are very small
Past guests have mentioned that the rooms are very small at this hotel. Although this didn't bother some guests, as they spent most of their time out in the city anyway, it was bothersome for those who wanted to relax in their rooms at night.
negative:
Very noisy area
Since this hotel is right in the heart of the action, there is a fair amount of noise that makes its way into the rooms. Guests have reported that the music and crowd noise continues into the early hours of the morning, so this isn't the best place if you're looking to go to bed early.
negative:
Cleanliness issues
There have been complaints about the rooms not being overly clean at this hotel. While the rooms haven't been filthy, guests feel as though the housekeeping staff should do a better job of maintaining the rooms.
