Mold is very much in evidence in the bathroom. Rooms can go for days without being serviced and requests to rectify things are ignored. Towels aren't changed and surfaces are dusty; that's a real clue as to the long term lack of effective cleaning procedures. These functions don't involve any capital outlay; cleanliness costs nothing.
They over chlorinate the (*freezing!) outdoor pool + one wonders whether the many dead bugs passed away because of the chlorine or the cold! It could be through starvation! The food in the restaurant is sub standard and the limited menu permanently set in stone. Almost every element of this operation needs urgent review if they are to tackle the competition effectively.
