Because of its close proximity to the airport, most guests stayed at Airy Resort Suvarnabhumi as a stopover while waiting for or when coming from their flights. Moreover, its affordability made this hotel ideal for a quick stay.

Guests were amused by the fluency of the front desk staff in speaking English. They are good communicators, knowledgeable, and can readily orient you about the hotel, and other information related to travelling the area. When you stay here, be ready to be impressed by the hotel's receptionists.

The other members of the staff are well-reviewed too. According to guests, they are willing to go the extra mile to fulfil a request, making them experience the real Asian hospitality.

Many of the guests expressed their disappointment with the hotel's shuttle service after having to wait for an hour at the airport. The shuttle is often late that some of the guests missed their bus. When in haste, just take a cab or rent a car.

Outside street noise and barking dogs caused frequent disturbance to the guests. You can bring your own earplugs before staying. Moreover, upon room reservation, make sure to request for a room that is farthest from the road.

Some guests found that Airy Resort Suvarnabhumi is difficult to find, since the posters and tarpaulins that led them to the hotel were not easily readable and conspicuous. Thus, from the airport, you may opt to take a cab and give the address directly to the driver.
