At Residence Suvarnabhumi Hotel - SHA Extra Plus (Bangkok, Thailand)

At Residence Suvarnabhumi Bangkok has earned a well-deserved reputation for service thanks to its super friendly staff. All staff, from the 24-hour front desk staff through to housekeeping are very approachable and display a can-do attitude to requests. Most are able to speak English and front desk staff can also help with arranging local transportation and giving advice on where to eat or shop.

Rooms are incredibly clean and very well-appointed with nice modern décor and a hint of Thai tradition. Rooms are spacious and bright and the en suite bathrooms are also very clean with modern stylish fittings that are all well-maintained. The rainfall showerhead is fantastic with great water pressure and plenty of hot water.

An additional accommodation option to standard hotel rooms are the independent and very cute little cottage/mini-villas. Each has its own little porch and rustic feature pieces. The bi-level cottage/villas are a refreshing alternative, with trendy décor, clean interiors and modern appointments.

At Residence Suvarnabhumi Bangkok can be a bit noisy mostly because of its fairly close proximity to Suvarnabhumi International Airport. Ground floor accommodation offers a quieter alternative.

The hotel does offer an airport shuttle service as well as an additional shuttle service that will take guests to one of the many local malls in the area but it is important to note that this is not a complimentary service.

This hotel does not offer any sort of complimentary breakfast option which may be a bit disappointing.
