Guests would happily return to Tesoro Manzanillo, due in large part to the beautiful surroundings. In search of a great beach? This hotel has you covered, and the location tucked away in a secluded bay with show-stopping sunsets was just the thing for guests to leave their worries behind.

Rooms were another highlight for guests, because they were larger than an average hotel room and kept impeccably clean. If you pull out the white gloves, you might be hard pressed to find even a speck of dirt.

Staff went out of their way to meet the needs of guests, and whether it was the entertainment team in the pool, the bartenders and wait staff, or the reception personnel, everyone was working hard to ensure that guests left happy.

Internet access wasn't free, and guests who paid found that it only worked reliably in the lobby and bar area. Guests wished that the steep charge would have been included in their room rate, especially because of the intermittent service.

While the specialty restaurants were generally well received, the buffet restaurants had some work to do, according to guests who lamented the poor variety. Guests said that there was some effort made to mix it up in the kitchen, but this wasn't enough for many discerning palates.

Guests loved the authentic Mexican feel of this resort, but English speaking guests didn't love that it was hard to speak to staff. The mostly Spanish speaking staff and clientele made it challenging for some, so bring your dictionary just in case.
