Most guests find the rooms to be sparkling clean, with comfortable beds, and powerful showers. Kids of all ages enjoy watching the planes coming in and taking off, either from the windows in their rooms, which are well sound-proofed, or from the pool area, which is also very nice and well maintained. Some guests have noted that movies are screened by the pool at night, another treat for the young ones (and young at heart).

Guests with an early flight to catch love this hotel because they can walk to the terminals, down a corridor about the length of a city block lined with shops. The hotel also offers a shuttle to the nearby port, ideal for guests staying before or after a cruise.

Some guests find the rooms on the small side, particularly the bathrooms, though their layout is very efficient.

Wi-Fi is free for members of the chain's loyalty program, and membership is free. However, several guests were either unaware of this policy or disappointed in it, and advise their fellow guests to use their fast, free service in the airport terminal instead.

The bottled water in the rooms is not complimentary, and several guests were taken aback by its price tag. Some found the on site restaurants were also overly pricey, and a few hungry travellers were disappointed that room service is not offered 24-hours.
