Rooms typically satisfy guests
Although there appear to be a few minor issues with the rooms at the Super 8 Springfield East, there is certainly nothing that should put you off staying. Guests describe the rooms as adequately clean, of a reasonable size, and good value for the price.

Breakfast may not satisfy
The free breakfast at this hotel seems to be rather limited when it comes to choice. Also. several guests mention that the breakfast staff are slow to refill any items that run out, making the already limited choice even more meager.

Bring your own pillow
A number of guests were disappointed by the pillows in their rooms. Some claimed they gave off horrible smells while others found they were too old and worn to offer any reasonable support. More than one guest went off to buy fresh pillows at a local store.

Although many guests agree that the hotel is reasonably clean, it does appear that a little more attention could be paid to properly maintaining the property. Reported issues include loose fixtures, exposed pipes, and broken electrical sockets.
