Most guests have had good things to say about the resort's staff. These staff members are said to be friendly from the time that you arrive until the time that you leave the resort and are always very attentive to your needs.

Past guests have appreciated the fact that this resort offers a free shuttle service to its sister resort. This allows guests to use the facilities at both resorts and guests have enjoyed this because the sister resort has a beach.

Many guests have found this resort to be very relaxing, as it is not a large, party orientated property like others in Cancun. This was a positive for guests who were looking for a small resort and a quiet experience.

Guests have been disappointed to arrive at this resort, only to learn that it doesn't have a beach. Instead, the property is located on a lagoon and while this meant that the resort was right on the water, guests were unable to walk to the beach like at most resorts in Cancun.

There have been complaints about the rooms and the hotel in general being a little old and dated. While this wasn't a major issue for guests, many would like to see the property renovated to improve its overall quality.

Numerous guests have been surprised to look out into the lagoon and see crocodiles, as there aren't any signs warning people about this being an issue. Guests feel as though the resort should have signs up letting them know that there are potentially dangerous crocodiles throughout the area.
