If you're travelling to Puerto Vallarta on a tight budget, you should find that this hotel is attractively priced and fulfils your basic requirements. Guests feel that if you don't go with too high expectations, you will be generally satisfied. The rooms, even if basic, are spacious and pretty comfortable and most importantly - clean.

If you like a nice choice of restaurants around to eat out in, you shouldn't be disappointed here. There is a decent enough restaurant onsite, as well as a whole host of restaurants in the nearby area. There are also plenty of shops and leisure amenities close by - the beach is not too far away either and there is also a nice little swimming pool onsite.

Staff are generally satisfied with the levels of customer service. The staff are very friendly and helpful overall.

This is far from being a new hotel and guests say it shows. The place seems to be showing signs of wear and tear and the beds are a little uncomfortable. If you don't mind basic, you'll be fine, but if you like a few creature comforts, guests say you maybe should consider paying up a bit more and going elsewhere.

When you walk into the lobby of the hotel, you may wonder what awaits you. Guests find it very strange. Decorated with antiques, you may be forgiven that you'd walked into a bazaar or a museum!
