Guests have consistently rated the location of this hotel highly. It has proven to be an obvious choice for guests flying in or out of RSW Airport but guests also note the easy access to the highway and proximity to beaches and area attractions.

The suites here often attract positive feedback from guests, with most finding the accommodation clean and spacious with a good choice of included amenities. Despite the nearby highway, guests very rarely mention any disturbance from traffic noise.

Previous guests have enjoyed the standard of service offered here, finding that the staff is friendly and attentive and that the front desk and breakfast services run smoothly. Guests have also found the facilities here are good and have enjoyed the pool in particular.

Guests note that the hotel's airport shuttle service runs during limited hours. Also, guests have encountered situations whereby they have been collected from the airport then been forced to wait a considerable length of time for another flight to arrive.

While finding the suites here comfortable, they have occasionally found the air-conditioning units on the noisy side. This has been quite disappointing considering that the rooms are otherwise quiet.

Although this hotel is smoke-free, it appears that smoking is allowed within the grounds. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem that there are designated smoking areas as guests have complained about people smoking near the pool and hot tub.
