The entire hotel has been remodeled recently, giving the property a fresh look. The rooms look totally bright, vibrant after the renovation. Guests said that there was a quiet and pleasant feeling, giving way for a good relaxing time.

Guests were highly impressed with the customer service and hospitality extended by the staff at the hotel. They said that the staff greeted them with a warm welcome and gave them a homely feel. Plus, the staff was very helpful and were available whenever their assistance was required. Guests also said that the staff was cordial and polite.

Rooms in the hotel are maintained and kept clean.  The recent renovation done at the hotel has made the rooms vibrant with walls painted in bright hues. Housekeeping is pretty regular in their duties, which keeps the rooms presentable. Plus, the rooms are spacious and there is plenty of room to move around, without being crammed up.

Staff at the hotel was not well versed with English and at times it was very difficult for the guests to comprehend what they were saying.

The outdoor pool at the hotel was closed most of the times. Thus guests were in for some disappointment. Even during the days when the pool was open during morning hours, it used to get closed afternoon time and later. Guests who booked the hotel considering pool as an amenity were highly disappointed as they could not use the same.

Internet connectivity in the hotel was very poor and intermittent say guests. Functioning of Wi-Fi was so slow that guests faced a serious issue while communicating.
