Hotel SpringHill Suites by Marriott Baton Rouge South (Baton Rouge, USA)

Many guests were happy to have a free breakfast buffet in the morning. The items were varied and of good quality so there was enough for most people’s tastes. It was nice to have this included in the rate.

The studios were found to be more than adequate for guests traveling with their families. There were sofa beds and extra space so that many people could sleep in one place, so it was a good value.

The staff members were thought to be friendly people by many guests. They appreciated the extra effort in supplying maps and giving good advice of the area. The staff were well prepared and presentable which was a nice thing to see.

The swimming pool was thought to be dirty and filthy by guests who stayed here and wanted to use the pool. They thought the area was untidy. It was not a good scene to have if they wanted to enjoy the pool.

The air conditioning did not leave a good impression on the guests who would have preferred a central air conditioning system. The air did not cool the room well and they felt the rooms stayed humid.

Guests were not overly impressed with the hotel and mentioned it as being an average on in their opinion. There were little things like the pool, the position of the TVs and/or the elevator not working that made them consider this hotel as average at best.
