positive:
Helpful staff; good breakfast
The staff of
the hotel is friendly and helpful and guests say at the same time, not overtly
intrusive. Guests loved the food provided by the restaurant of the hotel. They
say the menu is short but has delicious and simple Swedish dishes cooked to
very high standards and also priced quite reasonably.
positive:
Comfortable rooms

that the rooms are very comfortable and beautifully designed with lovely views

Negative Reviews
negative:
Reception phones always busy
Some guests say that the front desk phones are always busy and they have to keep trying constantly to get through. The alternative is even less attractive as they have to walk long corridors to the other end of two buildings to place their request or order at the reception.
negative:
Unduly strict on breakfast time
The breakfast time makes no allowances for guests who linger even a minute after closing time. Guests say that the cleaning staff swoops in and literally hover around the guests when they are still eating, which they find very disconcerting.
negative:
No coffeemakers
Many guests say that they miss coffee making facilities in the rooms. After a long cold day spent outside, they say they would like to relax with a hot drink in the rooms and not rush to the restaurant before it closes.
