Hotel Shore Haven Resort Inn (Fort Lauderdale, USA)

Shore Haven Resort Inn is right near the beach and the pier and there are lots of places of interest within easy walking distance. There are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops in the immediate area, as well as entertainment.

Staff here are excellent. As well as being generally friendly and helpful, they are also really efficient and responsive to the needs of their customers. If you have a problem or a query, they will deal with it swiftly.

The garden surroundings are lovely, with lots of tropical plants. The swimming pools are great too, as is the hot tub. As well as the public areas being good places to relax, guestrooms are clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and decent entertainment in the form of Wi-Fi and TVs.

While this hotel is clean, tidy and generally well presented, some areas feel a little tired. Certain furnishings seem rather worn and a few of the bathrooms especially could use a revamp as their fixtures are past their best.

The sound insulation here isn't the best. If people are talking loudly on their balcony or in neighboring rooms, you might hear it. It is also next to a fairly busy street, which may bring some traffic noise and a few of the air-conditioning units can be loud as well.

There is no breakfast served at Shore Haven Resort Inn, so if you want to get something to eat, you will have to venture out. Fortunately there are a number of restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
