Guests could easily access the hotel's private beach as it is only a short walk away from the Resort. Many appreciated the convenience of not having to drive to get to the nearest beach as they could get back to their rooms after a day of sunbathing literally within minutes. .

The hotel offers a wide range of leisure facilities including two outdoor pools and a fully-equipped gym. Many guests said that they thoroughly enjoyed using the pools and spending time at the popular Wreck Bar both during the day and in the evenings. There are plenty of loungers overlooking the hotel's beach which are ideal for a spot of sunbathing and relaxation. .

The B Ocean Resort occupies an enviable position overlooking the beach which means that most of the rooms have scenic ocean views. Some of the rooms look out onto the harbour and many of the guests said that waking up to the wonderful views was the highlight of their stay.

Some guests objected waiting rather a long time to receive their food and drinks orders at the poolside bar. The service was described as quite slow and many guests observed that there was too few staff at the pool area which resulted in the lengthy delays and rather sluggish service. .

The hotel is quite a way away from the nearest restaurants, bars and tourist attractions much to the disappointment of some of the guests who objected having to drive in order to get to the nearest amenities. .

The overall décor of the rooms has been described as rather tired and dated as quite a few guests objected to the old-fashioned furniture and tatty looking upholstery. .
