Positive Reviews
positive:
Secluded property.
When you're looking for a property that is near plenty of points of interest but still gives you the secluded feeling, the Sheraton La Jolla is a good option. The property is within walking distance to a shopping center that features restaurants and shops when you want to venture out past the resort.
positive:
Helpful staff.
Staff goes above and beyond to make sure you feel completely comfortable and welcomed when you visit the property. If you have any questions, concerns or comments, be sure to let staff know as soon as possible so you can be taken care of right away.
positive:
Beautiful amenities.
Enjoy the provided amenities at the resort during your stay - the courtyard offers a good area to relax and escape for the day. There is also a pool and fitness center to take advantage of during the visit. The property is good when you want a relaxing or romantic stay, as well as if you're in town on business.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Pricey night rates.
Due to the highly popular location, the Sheraton nightly rates in La Jolla are a bit pricier than other Sheraton properties. If you want to stay in a more luxurious destination without paying for the ultra-luxury resorts, the Sheraton is still a good value for your money.
negative:
Poor room locations.
Depending on where your room is on the property, some of the windows lack a good amount of sunlight. This means that you'll likely need to turn on lights even in the middle of the day if you need to work or want to read.
negative:
Late check-out.
Select reservations are not provided with late check-out options. When booking, make sure to ask if there is late check-out allowed.
