Negative Reviews
negative:
Substandard cleanliness
Many past visitors to the SeaPort Marina Hotel have had an issue with the cleanliness of the rooms. Bugs, mildew and stained carpets were regular occurrences previously, and the attentiveness of the housekeeping is apparently lacking. In addition, the pool area is also not considered the cleanest.
negative:
Worn down rooms
From the uncomfortable beds to a general state of disrepair, various problems were reported about the supposedly poor standard of the rooms at the hotel. With that said, some of the rooms have been recently renovated to alleviate some of these problems to an extent.
negative:
Issues with Wi-Fi
The situation with the Wi-Fi at the SeaPort Marina Hotel has caused aggravation for a large number of previous visitors. Along with the quality of the Wi-Fi questioned, the wireless Internet is only free in certain public areas of the hotel. If you want to use the Wi-Fi in your room, charges are applicable.
