Hazardous Wildlife
Florida is known for its exotic wildlife, but some guests found that the creatures got a little too close for comfort. Alligators are frequently found lounging next to the pond, while snakes and large spiders are also commonly cited around the property. Some guests actually enjoyed seeing the alligators though, and the snakes in the area are all purportedly harmless.
negative:
Wi-Fi Was Weak
Several guests reported having issues with the hotel's Wi-Fi service. Some had difficulty accessing the network, and then frequently lost the connection after signing on.
negative:
Restaurant Not Great
Some guests found the onsite Saratoga Tropical Grill and Bar disappointing. Multiple reviews mentioned receiving burnt pizza, while others simply thought the overall food quality and flavor was lackluster. You may want to go with one of the numerous restaurants in the area instead.
