Positive Reviews
positive:
When in Rome.
When in Rome, guests would return to this characterful hotel for the comfortable rooms. Modern and chic, guests thought that rooms had good beds, lots of hot water, and were always found to be meticulously clean. An added element was the romantic vibe, which guests celebrating an anniversary or special occasion really appreciated.
positive:
Wi-Fi that actually works.
It can be rare to find strong, efficient Wi-Fi, but guests managed to track down what might be one of the best signals in the eternal city. If you plan on using the Internet, chances are you won't be disappointed here.
positive:
The streets are made for walking.
If you like to walk and the weather is good, the location of Rome Eco Suites has a lot to offer. Via del Corso and Flaminio metro station were ideally situated for guests, as were most major attractions.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Breakfast could be better.
Those who ventured downstairs for breakfast were often unsatisfied, A cramped and busy breakfast room often had slow service, and guests staying for awhile said that food could get repetitive. Things like warm milk and hot food that had turned cold also made the breakfast worth avoiding for some.
negative:
Reception not always around.
The front desk is only available for an eight-hour period during the day, so guests arriving early or late had to make prior arrangements. While this was fine for most, a few guests would have liked to have a 24-hour reception.
negative:
Noise could be a factor.
Guests recommended asking for accommodation away from the breakfast room, which could interfere with a leisurely morning sleep-in. This hotel is also located in a tourist hub, making it potentially noisy at night.
