positive:
Bar’s happy hour is very interesting.
River Palace may not have a restaurant but you definitely don’t want to miss the snacks at the bar. They are delicious and delightfully presented. On top of it all, you get to eat and drink for free during the happy hour.
positive:
Staffs are knowledgeable and helpful.
The staff gives you tips on how to roam efficiently and save money. They even provide maps so you won’t lose your way. The best thing is they update you of the weather reports so you can gauge if it’s ideal to go outside the hotel.
positive:
Ideal for special events.
Sometimes, the little acts warm your heart. The staff is very nice in greeting you during your birthday or other special events. In addition, the cleaners leave chocolates and other goodies in your room as tokens of gratitude.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Small bathrooms.
The bathrooms may not be that big, but they are functional and extremely clean. The amenities are modern and there is a stable supply of water. Moreover, this is not a big deal since you can still move well inside the bathrooms despite the size.
negative:
Booking conflicts might happen at times.
The staff at the front desk can arrange transfers to the airport for you. This is great for those who have to leave early in the morning. However, there are times when the scheduled mode of transportation fails to arrive on time. You don’t have to worry that much since the staff sorts it out. If you can, it’s better if you personally arrange the transfer.
negative:
Rooms can be a bit noisy.
You cannot hear the noise from the outside of the property. However, the noise entering your room comes from the hallways and nearby rooms. Thus, you are advised to use earplugs when sleeping.
