Guests say that the Rodeway Inn Fort Wayne in Fort Wayne, USA, is located right next to the Highway and is a spot mainly for truckers. The hotel is a converted ‘Fundome’ and guests say that it has seen better days. The hotel grounds and corridors are littered with trash. Water leaking from an overhead pipe is dripping onto the carpet. The foam is coming off the play place and pieces are lying everywhere.

The rooms look beat. Carpets are ripped. The headboards of the beds are not hung in a level. The mattresses are extremely lumpy and uncomfortable. The bathroom floor is wood and gets very slippery. The bathroom door would not close and mold is present everywhere. The bathroom ceiling in painted two different colors and it is obvious that it is done to hide the mold. Guests say that the toilet is clogged and the toilet seat is dirty.

Many guests say that customer satisfaction is not high on the agenda of the hotel. The management is focused on making money and not paying importance to service. They say that it is a shame they cannot rate the hotel lower than terrible. Garbage is lying around, old wash cloths are left on the hangers from previous guests and beds are not made.
