Not all of the feedback about the rooms here is excellent but guests do tend to agree that the accommodation is clean and spacious. Guests have also appreciated the availability of air-conditioning and have found that the rooms were refreshed daily.

Overall, guests have found the location of this hotel appealing. It is not all that close to the beach but this is still easily accessible via public transport which is readily available in the area. Guests have enjoyed the shopping and dining opportunities along Tulum Avenue.

The majority of guests have appreciated the standard of service offered here, finding the staff offered a warm welcome and a friendly and helpful service throughout the duration of their stay.

Although the rooms here are generally found to be clean and spacious, not all the feedback has been positive. Less complimentary feedback has described the rooms as dated and so sparse that they are likened to a private room in a hostel.

Guests have been able to get online here without too many problems but the signal is found to be stronger and more reliable in the reception area. In the rooms, the connection can sometimes be a little hit and miss.

A number of guests have reported that the area in which this hotel is located can be on the noisy side. There are a number of bars and nightclubs in this area, the music from at least one of which can be heard from the hotel.
