Guests are pleased with the pet-friendly set-up within the hotel. The staff was not just kind to the guests but also to their pets. The hotel provided poop bags, balls, dog blankets, as well as designated potty places for dogs.

No elevator available
Some guests are disappointed with the absence of an elevator within the hotel premises. Aside from heavy luggage, guests who have disabilities or mobility issues had some problems going to the upper floor levels because there is no elevator available.

Bathrooms provided for the physically challenged were quite disappointing according to some guests. The shower area was very slippery and not well-suited for elderly individuals. Furthermore, some of the bathroom equipment such as shower nozzle and sink were not working properly.

Poor functioning air-condition system
Guests had some issues with the performance of the air-conditioning system inside the rooms. The blowers were not working properly and the air was not cold enough. There was also a foul smell coming from the air-conditioning system, and there was a weird noise so guests had no choice but to turn it off.
