Guests rave about the hotel's complimentary shuttle, which departs hourly for the many attractions and amenities within a three-mile radius, including Broncos Stadium, Coors Field, the Pepsi Center, the Colorado Convention Center, the Children's Museum, Aquarium, and much more. Guests specifically love the convenience of being able to call for a ride when they are ready to come "home", and generally report a wait of no longer than15-20 minutes.

The front desk team and shuttle drivers have received many rave reviews for their personable and professional customer service, with guests commenting often on their smiling faces, friendly conversation, and knowledge of the area. Compliments also go to the chef; guests often describe the complimentary hot breakfast as both varied and delicious.

Several guests have noted that the fitness room is not particularly large, and that the outdoor swimming pool is a bit small, though kids certainly enjoy it. Some were further disappointed there is no whirlpool.
