The rooms are quite expansive compared with the size of standard hotel rooms. The size of the units makes the residence ideal for families, since they come with their own kitchen, which are stocked with everything you need including a microwave and a refrigerator. Also the bathroom is well-stocked with name brand toiletries.

Guests enjoyed the amenities including the swimming pool, 24-hour gym and basketball court. The hotel offered services like grocery delivery as well as room service for both lunch and dinner. This made the hotel very kid-friendly and convenient.

Guests raved about the breakfast buffet, saying it exceeded what you’d generally get at a hotel breakfast. The guests appreciated that the variety of breakfast items served including eggs, yogurts, fruits and waffles. The breakfast service could be a victim of its own success though.

When crowds gathered for breakfast, it was hard to make room for everybody. There were too many people to accommodate in the dining room space, so people ended up jostling for a place to sit. That lack of seating was not a nice experience for some.

The hotel’s furniture shows its age. Several guests noted that the rooms felt outdated and in need of modernizing. They said that the hotel looked rundown, although housekeeping kept the facilities clean.

It may be inconvenient taking a shower in the mornings, because the hot water was spotty. Several guests complained that the hot water would run out after about five minutes and you’d have to take a lukewarm shower.
