Early feedback about the public areas of this hotel is quite poor but recent renovation to areas such as the lobby, hallways, and breakfast room has meant that feedback has improved significantly. Guests now tend to find these areas bright and modern.

Renovation appears to be ongoing in the studios and suites but guests note that even those that have benefited from upgrades still have disappointing features. Furniture is described as mismatched and tatty and fixtures such as wall thermostats are loose. Also, there are no king beds and the air-conditioning units are noisy.
