Positive Reviews
positive:
Newly renovated accommodation
In the past, the studios and suites at this hotel have received extensive negative feedback. However, renovations have been undertaken and feedback post April 2016 has much improved. Guests now find the accommodation to be clean and well appointed.
positive:
Convenient location
This hotel is an obvious choice if you are flying in or out of Nashville International Airport but guests have also found the location offers easy access to many of this city’s most popular tourist attractions - very few are more than 15 to 20 minutes drive from the property.
positive:
Good breakfast and enjoyable socials
Guests have rated the complimentary breakfast bar highly, enjoying both the variety and quality of the food. The staff, as in other areas of the hotel, is often described as friendly and attentive during breakfast. Guests have also enjoyed the evening social nights.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Full-time residents
Guests have noted that there seem to be a fairly large number of people who are full-time residents of this hotel. This property is aimed at the extended stay market but guests have felt a little overwhelmed by the number of people who call this hotel home.
negative:
Internal noise concerns
Reviews suggest that the internal soundproofing here could be improved, particularly in respect of footfall from higher floor rooms. Light sleepers may be wise to request a room on the top floor so there are no people staying above you.
negative:
Grounds may appear unkempt
Guests have mentioned that the grounds of this hotel can appear unkempt, mentioning that there was trash and, alarmingly, dog dirt spoiling the appearance.
