It's a good morning in Little Rock...
Though all of the staff are generally described as very friendly, kind, and professional, the breakfast hostess is a stand-out, with guests frequently commenting on her sunny attitude and ability to provide them with individual attention while keeping everything running smoothly. Compliments also go to the chef on the breakfast buffet on its overall quality and variety. The evening social hours are much appreciated, too.

A home away from home...
Guests generally describe the rooms to be spotlessly clean and spacious, with comfortable furnishings and nicely equipped kitchens. The swimming pool and basketball court are well appreciated by young families, and the fitness centre, while not overly large, is sufficiently well equipped for guests to work off a few treat from the neighbouring Krispy Kreme.
positive:
A good location for drivers...
Drivers appreciate the ample free parking, as well as the easy access to I-430 and I-630, which leads directly to the city centre. The Heart Hospital is within walking distance.

A tale of two hotels...
Though rooms in the 'main' hotel building receive generally positive reviews, the out-building (Building B) is a bit of a hike and seems to be less recently renovated or as well sound-proofed.
negative:
Have a heart...
Light sleepers in rooms closest to the neighbouring heart hospital, which offers a helicopter landing pad, have occasionally been disturbed by the noise. Others have found the walls too thin for a good night's rest.

Our four-legged friends...
Though many guests are grateful that the hotel accepts pets, others find the policy off-putting, and pet odour is an occasionally reported issue.
