Hotel La Quinta Inn & Suites Downtown Conference Center (Little Rock, USA)

Guests mentioned that the hotel provides a shuttle not only to and from the airport, but also to other spots within Little Rock. Several loved the convenience this entailed and found they could actually make do without a rental car.

While it seems many guests did have issues during their stay, even those who were unhappy with other aspects seemed very pleased with the bed. Again and again guests would describe how incredibly comfortable it was - almost certainly more comfortable than their bed at home.

Guests were almost invariably attending events or meetings in central Little Rock. Since this hotel s in such a central position, they found that they could get to and from were they needed to be in very little time.

While not a universal complaint, there were unfortunately a very large number of guests who complained about unclean rooms. Sometimes it was as a result of a room not being properly cleaned after a guest with a dog had occupied it, and sometimes it was another problem. But it does seem that there is a real quality control problem that results in some unclean rooms being cleared for guest use.

According to a couple of guests, it seems that the rooms have been inadequately soundproofed. They speak of the sound of cars passing by on the busy streets outside being clearly audible from the rooms.

Although not mentioned very often, a few guests did point out that the décor and furnishings were looking outdated. Although it didn't seem to affect functionality, they felt the hotel would soon need a makeover in order to remain relevant.
