The hotel's staff members are very accommodating and check you in and out very efficiently. They do not hesitate to offer you tips on local attractions that might be of interest you. The members of staff are very polite, friendly and professional.

The hotel is strategically positioned close to several restaurants and pubs. There are a number of shops in the area and a market just next door for guests who want to indulge in a bit of shopping as the city of Paris is slightly just a short walking distance from the hotel.

Guests looking for a hotel that offers the basic necessities will be very pleased here. The hotel offers cheaper rates compared to other hotels in the area. The room rates are affordable and you will receive exactly what you pay for.

Although the rooms were decently priced, a few guests were disappointed by the somewhat compact size of the rooms. The bathrooms were particularly hard to manoeuvre in without bumping into something.

A few guests felt that the hotel's wireless internet connection had very poor strength. The slow speeds are only suitable for light to moderate internet web browsing.

The air conditioning appears to be faulty in some rooms. Guests have complained that at times the room becomes intolerably hot and adjusting the air conditioner doesn't seem to make any difference as it seems to just blow hot air unless turned off completely, which still does not resolve the matter of the room being hot.
