Hotel Regina Napoli (Naples, Italy)

The hotel was found to be well maintained and clean even though it is an older building. It was nice to see that the hotel and rooms were well kept and cleaned frequently, as this says a lot about a place.

The staff members were found to be friendly and kind by guests. They were happy to give them advice on what to watch for in the area and transportation. It was nice to have the staff treat guests in a kind manner, and for them to be understanding.

Guests felt that the rooms did the job for a short stay in the city. The linens and towels were fresh and changed daily, while the bathrooms were cleaned thoroughly. Guests were happy to have comfortable beds and balconies.

Guests did not have a good first impression of the hotel's location. They felt it was not very safe as there was trash, street sellers and dark streets. The area did not look well maintained and is close to the train station.

The guests did not like the fact that during the hot summer months there was no air conditioning available. They had to pay for air conditioning which in the end, left them wondering if the hotel was a good value or not.

The air conditioning was only available with payment which was a surprise. There is also no breakfast available and the reception leaves in the early evening hours.
