Red Roof Inn Boston - Woburn's front desk staff is very kind. They instantly signal the cleaners to prepare your room if you arrive earlier than expected, and let you check-in without any extra charges. The same thing happens if you check-out a bit late. Moreover, you are given free upgrades or discounts if the staff fails to deliver some services properly.

You are given an amazing snack pack for free. It includes granola bars, orange juice, trail mix, and popcorn. The kids loved the trail mix. In addition, you get small gifts such as chocolates if the staff knows you are staying due to a special event.

You can easily walk to almost anywhere you need to be at. There are shopping areas, restaurants, and tourist spots around the hotel, which give the hotel high ratings when it comes to location. Moreover, the immediate area is peaceful enough so there's negligible external noise.

Some amenities are broken
Some bathroom knobs are a bit loose or are falling. The coffee maker at the lobby and the elevators are broken at times. However, the staff does their best to fix things as soon as possible. Moreover, there is a café opposite the hotel where you can get coffee each day.

Housekeeping lapses may happen
Housekeepers may fail to clean the toilet or other areas of the room properly, which leave nasty smells in the rooms. However, they will clean the room again upon notification. Moreover, the staff is fast enough in putting up deodorizers.

The towels given at the pool are not thick and not gentle to the skin. Thus, you are advised to use the towels provided at your room after you swim.
