Negative Reviews
negative:
Room size can be an issue.
Rooms at Omni Park House are generally on the small size, something that puts some guests off. This is somewhat understandable for hotel that is nearly two centuries old, and doesn't prove to be a big deal for many guests choosing this historic location for their stay.
negative:
Furnishings and amenities in need of an update.
Some guests report that the hotel furnishing and in-room amenities could benefit from an upgrade. Tired-looking carpets and faulty television sets are amongst the most common complaints offered up by past guests.
negative:
Noise levels might not meet approval.
According to some guests, Omni Park House is not the quietest of hotels in Boston. Reports of thin walls, noisy air conditioning units and general street noise, including dump trucks in the alleyways, are the major concerns.
