Negative Reviews
negative:
Secondhand smoking rooms...
While smokers very much appreciate smoking rooms as well as the designated outdoor smoking patio, the non-smoking guests are sometimes put off to discover that both types of room are offered on the same floor, resulting in cigarette odour in the hallways. Non-smoking guests have also commented that the outdoor smoking area is unfortunately located near the front entrance and windows of non-smoking rooms.
negative:
Do keep your voice down...
While most guests report a peaceful sleep, a few guests reported overhearing their neighbours speaking at a normal volume, while others were disturbed by noise from the hallway. Some were kept awake by the sound of their fellow guests enjoying a few drinks in the outdoor patio, or by noisy plumbing. A small group also found the adjoining single beds to be uncomfortable.
negative:
A limited dinner menu...
Some guests found the dinner menu to be too limited for their liking, while others reported that the available options were tasty. Others wished for 'lighter' options at breakfast.
