Hotel Ramada Seoul (Seoul, South Korea)

The Wi-Fi was found to work well by guests who stayed here. The Wi-Fi was reliable and worked nicely for guests who were using it for leisure or work purposes. The Wi-Fi handled the traffic from the guests.

Although the hotel is not modern, guests felt it did its job with regards to being clean and functional. The rooms were cleaned and had en suite bathrooms and flat-screens. The hotel was found to be a good functioning building with the basics.

The hotel is in a central location near various eateries, supermarkets and bars. It is also close to metro stops and to attractions such as palaces and the tower. It is also close to the COEX area for business matters. Guests were able to explore the area.

The staff was found to be indifferent to guests who felt they did not work hard to make them feel at home. They would not provide for directions or give valuable information. They would have liked staff to be more open to their guests.

The restaurant was found to have limited dining options by guests. They felt the buffet selection was lacking, that the quality was not great and that it was overpriced.

Guests found the hotel to be dated and in need of renovations. The furnishings were worn in the lounge, carpets are worn and stained and the overall look was boring. The towels were worn and the beds were not comfortable. It was time to do some renovations.
