Hotel Ramada Encore Seoul Dongdaemun (Seoul, South Korea)

The hotel has a good location in the city close to the metro stops and to various restaurants and shops. The airport shuttle is also close by. They were able to take the public transport and explore other attractions of the city.

Guests felt the rooms were clean nicely and had the basic amenities you would ask of a hotel stay. The rooms had flat-screens and free Wi-Fi. The bathrooms were en suite and had free toiletries. The beds were comfortable and facilities worked well.

Guests were happy with the quick Internet connection available and the availability of English channels in the TVs. They felt these two services made their stay much more comfortable for work or leisure purposes.

The rooms were thought to be on the small side by guests who stayed here. They felt the rooms were not spacious enough to place their belonging and luggage. For the price, the rooms could have been bigger.

The staff were found to be indifferent towards their guests. They would have liked a happier and positive interaction with the staff but found it hard to communicate with them. Some of the staff gave wrong directions and information.

Guests found the hotel to be old and worn. They would have liked to see some effort put into renovating the facilities and renewing the furnishings. The old look of the hotel did not leave a good impression.
