The people at this hotel are very friendly and always have a smile for you. They are professional in their attitude and deliver good customer service. You’ll also find that they are quite helpful and have plenty of advice for newcomers.

This place is very convenient for you if you’re attending a graduation ceremony at the university or if you’re just visiting. It’s extremely close to the campus and not only that, but you’ll find plenty of places to eat and drink nearby.

The breakfast area is well maintained and spotlessly clean which is always a good sign. The food is filling and sets you up nicely for the rest of the morning. Guests are quite pleased with the staff too saying that they are incredibly cheerful.

You better pack your earplugs or hope for some quiet neighbors at this hotel where the walls are said to be paper thin. You can hear every word spoken in the next room, and if the TV is on then you can hear that clearly too. Not ideal for light sleepers.

If you’re not too light on your feet then best to choose another hotel as this place has no elevator. Getting to your room with all your luggage can be a trial especially if you’re getting along in years. The staff offer no assistance either.

This is a non-smoking hotel, but guests say that they can still smell stale smoke in certain parts of the building. The AC units are also said to have a bit of a smoky smell which is most likely from the time when this hotel had smoking rooms.
