The suites are large, expansive and fitted with a range of modern amenities that replicate the comforts of home. Guests can utilise the kitchen utensils and equipment or the large television that comes with cable channels. The beds are large, comfortable and fitted with premium bedding and plush pillows. The suites are also very clean thanks to a diligent housekeeping staff who ensure that both the room and the bathroom remains spotless and hygienic.

The majority of guests were very impressed with the continental breakfast that was provided each morning, citing a wide range of food options that were delicious and well-stocked as being a positive attribute of their stay while other guests enjoyed the poolside bar's aesthetic and offerings. Overall many guest felt that the cuisine and dining facilities at this hotel were a great aspect of their stay.

The hotel's on-site golf course is well-maintained and expansive and one of the many draws for guests to stay at this Quality Inns location. The swimming pool is similarly large and clean, providing views of the golf course and a poolside bar all of which cumulate in a scenic and relaxing atmosphere.

A number of guests were surprised by the entertainment on at the hotel that included karaoke and loud music and they felt that this was at odds with the hotel's relaxing atmosphere.

The hotel's exterior and furnishings are somewhat tired and many guests felt that they would benefit from a refurbishment.

While the hotel's surroundings are scenic, guests were disappointed with having to drive a considerable distance to Naples' beaches. However, other guests felt that the location was a positive attribute of their stay.
