Hotel Quality Inn & Suites Fayetteville I-95 (Fayetteville, USA)

Guests liked the easy access off I-95 and the budget friendly prices and most thought the Rodeway Inn offered quite a bargain. The fitness room and the Shoney's restaurant next door were icing on the cake and many guests said they would return the next time they're in the area.

Although the Rodeway Inn is an older facility, most guests gave it top marks for comfort and cleanliness and were more than satisfied with the condition of the furnishings,TVs, fridges and microwaves. Guests described the rooms as spotless and well equipped and some said they were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the accommodations.

Awesome, delicious and incredible were a few of the adjectives guests used to describe the complimentary hot breakfast which included waffles. Many guests thought it a cut above standard motel breakfasts, others praised the selection, quality and availability of the offerings.

A number of guests had issues with the level of customer service at this hotel. Some complained about inefficient and less than friendly staff at the front desk, others had difficulty resolving booking and overpayment issues. Guests who had been assured they would be contacted by management said they were never called and that issues remained unresolved.

While most guests found the accommodations clean and comfortable, some reported dust and litter behind furniture and musty smells in the rooms, others complained about malfunctioning TV remotes and air conditioners.

Some guests complained that the Wi-Fi connection didn't work, others said it was too slow to be of any use.
