Previous guests and repeat Hilton members commented that this particularly Doubletree has very spacious rooms which are also very clean and maintained to a high standard by housekeeping staff.

A number of guest reviewers commented that the hotel is ideally located off the I95 and easy to access. Once at the hotel a number of guest were grateful at the ample parking, enough to cope with large vehicles such as RV's.

A number of guests to the hotel specifically mentioned the excellent service they received from staff. Reviews consistently commented that staff were friendly, professional, nice and courteous and that no request, however large or small, was too much trouble to accommodate.

The Wi-Fi at this hotel is free, but a number of guests were disappointed at the speed of the service. A number of previous guests also noted that they had some trouble getting and staying online including their problems with access via complicated passwords and that the service kicked them off or dropped out unexpectedly.

Some guests remarked that the hotel could invest in new furniture as they felt that the existing decor is a little tired and dated and it left them with the impression that the standards at this Hilton had dipped a little below what they had come to expect of the Hilton brand.

A number of previous guests to the hotel did not have a great nights' sleep due to the noisy and clunky air-conditioning units. A number of guests commented that they expected better maintenance standards from the Doubletree brand.
