positive:
Quiet location.
A good night's sleep can really make a difference, especially when you are on the road. Guests at this hotel found that they were able to sleep peacefully at a quiet location which didn't seem to have any unwelcome surprises like traffic noise, construction sounds, or even overhead airplane noise from the nearby airport.

Negative Reviews
negative:
Unreliable shuttle service.
While the free shuttle service to the airport was great in theory, some guests experienced annoying delays. Waiting when you are fresh off a long flight is not ideal, but waiting when you need to catch a flight can be a disaster, as some guests were unlucky to discover. Make sure you give yourself plenty of time to get to the airport.
negative:
Somewhat worn out.
Many guests found that rooms were cleaned to a satisfactory standard. But others noticed rooms that were rough around the edges, and in need of a bit more attention. The majority of concerns came from things that were worn, such as carpet, curtains, and mattresses.
negative:
Prickly staff.
Many visitors to the Quality Inn & Suites Salt Lake City had great encounters with staff members. However, several guests reported uncomfortable interactions with front desk staff that were less than cordial.
