Positive Reviews
positive:
An attractive and quiet complex.
Playa Limones is said to be a lovely, peaceful and well maintained complex. The bungalows for example are well spaced out, meaning that guests do not feel like they are all crammed on top of each other, and are set in attractive gardens. There is a nice, clean pool area which does not get too crowded, partly because guests can sunbathe on the terrace of their bungalow, and there are plenty of sunloungers to go round.
positive:
In an excellent location.
Guests say that the location of Playa Limones is very good as it is only two-minutes from a beautiful beach. The main part of Playa Blanca is only a short walk away and the marina, which has boutique shops, bars and restaurants and also a market twice a week, is also within easy walking distance.
positive:
Plenty of space in the bungalows.
Guests are generally positive about the size of the bungalows. In keeping with the overall complex, the accommodation is said to be a decent size, and this certainly seems to have helped guests feel more comfortable during their stay.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Poor Wi-Fi service.
Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi service is said to be not very good. The Wi-Fi works only intermittently according to the reviews and, when it does work, the connections speed is very slow.
negative:
Bungalows could be better equipped.
As bungalows are self-catering, guests would appreciate the kitchen having a kettle and a microwave. Guests also have the inconvenience of having to hire a remote control to operate the television and a fan.
negative:
Not enough English-language TV channels.
English-speaking guests would appreciate it if the hotel could provide more English-language channels through the satellite TV. The selection of channels is said to be poor, and has been an issue for some guests.
