Wi-Fi is really slow
Although Parkland Hotel in Brinchang offers complimentary Wi-Fi to its guests, many visitors say they can't connect at all in the rooms, while it works for a few minutes at a time down in the lobby. If you are a business traveller, you should probably bring your own Wi-Fi cable with.
negative:
Staff a little distant
There have been a few complaints from guests about the front desk staff when guests asked their advice about the various local attractions in the area. Staff were not very forthcoming with information, and guests felt they were a bit rude.
negative:
Limited parking
If you want to make sure you have your own parking spot for the night, you should try to get there before the rush. Guests have said that the parking spots are a bit limited, and it is quite a tight squeeze to fit in.
